Set your promotion thresholds at Settings → Belt Promotion Rules. Each ninja belt (White, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Brown, Red, Black) has a minimum attendance count and time-in-rank; NinjaOps highlights athletes who cross the threshold on their profile with a "Ready to test" badge. Obstacle-course completions also count toward promotion if you enable that rule.
For staff ranks (Coach, Head Coach, Program Director, etc.) use Settings → Roles & Module Access.
